Winchester's Military Museums (12th May 2018)
The museums visited were:
The Guardroom (Adjutant General Corps)
They are all located in the town centre in Peninsula Barracks which was built in the early 20th century since when it has been occupied by various regiments.
Since 1985 the former barrack buildings have in use as private accommodation.
An excellent cafe (Copper Joes) is located in The Guardroom.
Also with free on site parking the visit was well received by those members attending.
